I have just completed an MSc in Informatics at Edinburgh, focussing on neuroinformatics and systems biology. My project/thesis was on information theoretic measures for neural population coding, under the supervision of Peggy Seriès.

NEURON .hoc syntax highlighting for Smultron

Recently I have been using Smultron to edit .hoc files for use with NEURON. I put together this syntax highlighting definition based partly on Smultron's built-in C mode, and partly on David Sterratt's HOC mode for emacs.
